Monday 24th August, day 2 of the Aspire Merlin Rocket National Championships and Barton Marine Race Day!

For a while on Monday morning, it looked as though any racing would be unlikely on Day 2 of Poole Week. Eurus (the god of the east wind) was letting rip.

All-day sun protection starts with a good rashie. Vaikobi’s rashie range is lightweight, UPF50+ and built to move, with full arm and neck coverage that won’t restrict your stroke whether you’re paddling, surfing, sailing or foiling.

It’s easy in ILCA-land to focus mainly or entirely on the racing. Who’s done what and where with ILCA 4 and 6 Youth Worlds recently finished in Aarhus and ILCA 6 and 7 Senior Worlds about to kick off in Dun Laoghaire there has been a lot to shout about.

Trimpley Sailing club opened its door to GP14 sailors on the 11th July, for their annual contribution towards the long-running Midland Bell series.
