The Hansa TT (Travellers Trophy) saw an excellent entry of 25 boats with entrants from clubs as far afield as Bray SC Ireland, along with a good contingent from Frensham Ponds, and entries from Whitefriars, Rutland, Newhaven, Chesil, Carsington.

Hurricane 5.9 SX Europeans at Carnac
Eight Hurricane 5.9 SX’s made the crossing over to Brittany to join the YC Carnac’s famous Eurocat Event. They very kindly ran a separate series for the Hurricanes to race our European Championship.

South Staffordshire Sailing Club, based at Gailey Reservoir between Stafford and Wolverhampton, welcomed a fantastic turnout for its Open Day on Monday 4th May, with well over 100 visitors arriving to try sailing and paddleboarding.
