The 2026 Squib East Coast Championships was held at the Royal Burnham YC during their annual Whitsun Regatta. It was blessed with champagne sailing conditions and temperatures reaching an impressive 27°C.

To celebrate its 175th anniversary, the Royal Rowing and Sailing Club ‘De Maas’ brought together sixteen crew members of the legendary Flyer 1 and Flyer 2 yachts of the late Conny van Rietschoten. Among the honorary guests was Keith Musto.
