The 21st edition of the Palermo-Montecarlo, the offshore sailing regatta of the Circolo della Vela Sicilia, in collaboration with the Yacht Club de Monaco and the YC Costa Smeralda, concluded in style, with the participation of 39 boats from 11 nations.
