The National 12 fleet return to Brightlingsea Sailing Club this year for their national championships, having previously visited in 2016 and 2011. The whole event is sponsored by Allen.

On the weekend of 16/17 August Hythe & Saltwood Sailing Club hosted the 7th event in the British Contender Association Travellers’ Trophy 2025. Those who made the trip to the SE Kent coast were rewarded with a great weekend – on and off the water.

Paul Meilhat’s streak continues, while the fleet pushes hard behind. Just three hours to regroup in Porto before the leg resumes toward Cartagena.

Takashi Okura’s Sled move into second place on the 12 boat leaderboard some five points behind Andy Soriano’s regatta leaders Alegre which took a well earned second in the only contest to be sailed today.

A total of 172 boats entered this year’s Falmouth Sailing Week, 111 of them racing in the Carrick Roads and 61 in Falmouth Bay. Great racing was enjoyed by all despite the sometimes light and shifty breezes.
