The Committee Boat proudly took its position at 9am, ready for an 11am start — a model of punctuality, professionalism, and optimism. The windward mark was plonked down in a neat little 8-knot westerly, and everything looked set for racing.

Ripon Sailing Club’s Family Weekend ran from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th August. The weekend started with some casual sailing on the Friday afternoon/evening.
